How this visit is done
Post-renovation cleaning is for a lived-in home after a refit: one bathroom, a kitchen, a loft. The dust has mixed with furniture, and the new fittings still have film and labels on them. Send the quote form or WhatsApp for a UK visit.
We isolate the work zone, vacuum the route the trades used, then detail the new fittings. Grout haze is lifted with a cleaner that suits the tile, not a scourer on a gloss finish.

Price
A single bathroom or kitchen refit is usually less than a whole-house builders clean, often in the low hundreds if the dust has not travelled. If every room on the route is white, the quote grows with those rooms.

DIY or a crew
If you can close the door and the dust is only on the new suite, a careful HEPA pass may be enough. If the landing carpet is full of plaster, that carpet needs a machine, not a dustpan.
How long the result lasts
Dust in the hallway carpet will keep walking back into the new bathroom. The route has to be done with the room, or the suite looks dirty again in a week.
Leave silicone to cure before we wipe a new shower. Tell us the date it was applied. Fresh silicone smears if it is cleaned too soon.
