How this visit is done
A builders clean is the first proper clean after trades leave: plaster dust, offcuts, paint flecks and the film on glass. Book it when the heavy work has stopped, before you try to live in the rooms or snag the finish. Send the quote form or WhatsApp for a UK visit.
We work top to bottom. Dust is vacuumed out of tracks and edges before any cloth is damp. Wet-wiping first just paints the plaster back onto the glass.

Quote from rooms, how recently the plaster was sanded, and how much internal glass there is. A one-bed after a kitchen fit is often a few hundred pounds. A whole house after a full sand is a longer visit and costs more. London stair access and delicate floors add time. We do not publish a flat rate.

DIY or a crew
One room with a HEPA vac and dry cloths is realistic. A house is not: a domestic vacuum blows the fines back out, and a steam mop on fresh timber or LVT can mark it.
How long the result lasts
The clean holds if no one sands again. Dust in an uncleaned extract or radiator will settle overnight. If trades return for snags, book the sparkle after they finish, not before.
Keep new floors dry for the first day if we have only just lifted adhesive. Do not open bags of filler in a finished room.

Furniture can stay if we can reach edges. Tools, open plaster and wet paint need to be gone from the rooms we are cleaning.
A typical three-bed after decoration is often a day for two people. Heavy sanding or a lot of glass takes longer. The quote says which.
We clear what is there. New sanding, or dust left inside vents, will put a film back. That is a separate visit.
