How this visit is done
New kitchens and bathrooms arrive with film, pencil marks, silicone smears, grout haze and dust inside the units. This visit makes the fittings checkable. It is not a refit and it is not a reseal. Send the quote form or WhatsApp for a UK visit.
Film and labels come off before polish. Sanitaryware is cleaned with a product that will not etch chrome. Grout haze is chemical, used sparingly, then rinsed. We leave fresh silicone alone until it has cured.

Price
A bathroom or a kitchen on its own is usually a half-day job if the dust is local. Both, plus the hallway between them, is more. Inside every cupboard is an extra, because empty carcasses full of sawdust take time.

DIY, and how long the result lasts
DIY or a crew
Labels and a wipe of the worktop are fine to do yourself. Grout haze and silicone on a screen are where people scratch the glass. If the bead is failed or mouldy from an old shower, that is a reseal, not this clean.
How long the result lasts
A screen stays clear if the silicone edge is cured and trades are not cutting tiles in the next room. Dust from a later cut will sit on the tray again.
Wait for silicone cure times on the tube before showering. Tell us if the bead went in yesterday. We will work around it.

No. We clean. A failed bead, a leak, or a wet-room detail is a sealant contractor.
When you ask for it. Sawdust in carcasses is common and is not included in a wipe of the doors only.
Light marks, yes. We will not soak chrome in a strong acid.
Smears on the surface, yes. A bead that is the wrong shape or pulling away is their snag, not a cloth.
