How this visit is done
Paint spots, masking-tape gum, silicone smears and carpet-tape adhesive are left on glass, frames, floors and fittings. This visit is those marks. It is not a repaint and not a floor sand. Send the quote form or WhatsApp for a UK visit.
Each surface gets the mildest thing that works: blade flat on glass, a citrus or specialist adhesive lift on frames, a plastic scraper on floors. We do not start with the strongest solvent.

- We stop if the mark is under the finish, not on it
- We do not strip doors back to bare wood
- We do not use a solvent that will bite uncured varnish or LVT
- Wide paint spills on carpet may not lift fully

What you are looking at, and what changes the quote
Signs it is this visit
- A dab of emulsion you only see when the light is low
- Sticky squares where the fitter taped the floor

Price
A few panes and a floor of tape marks is a small add-on. A whole house where every frame has been flicked with emulsion is priced as its own pass, often alongside the builders clean.

DIY, and how long the result lasts
DIY or a crew
Warm soapy water and a plastic card will shift fresh emulsion. Cured paint on glass needs a blade. On a coated floor, a blade can gouge. If you are unsure of the finish, leave it.
How long the result lasts
Adhesive left in a track collects dust and looks like a dirty line within days. Once it is off, it stays off unless someone tapes the same spot again.
Do not put more tape on a floor we have just released. The glue comes back with the tape.

We test first. If the finish softens, we stop and tell you. Some marks then need the floor contractor.
Porous brick holds paint in the face. We can lift the surface dab. A stain in the brick may remain.
Light spots, yes. A house painted carelessly onto every fitting is called out on the quote so the time is real.
Soft smears sometimes. Cured foam proud of a frame is a builder’s cut-back, then we clean the residue.
