Price

DIY or a crew
If the heavy dust is already gone, a careful homeowner can sparkle a flat. The failures are streaks on glass and missed drawer boxes. For a handover with a deadline, most people hand this over.
How long the result lasts
A sparkle lasts until the next trade. One return visit with a sander puts dust on everything we polished. Book it as the last thing.
Shoes off if the floor was the point of the visit. Do not open a tub of filler in the kitchen afterwards.
