How this visit is done
A new-build handover clean is for a plot that is finished but not presentable: dust from other plots, stickers, compound on the glass, and marks from the site team. It is what you want before you accept keys or a tenant moves in. Send the quote form or WhatsApp for a UK visit.
We treat it as a builders clean plus a sparkle if the plot is truly finished. If the developer is still cutting slabs outside, we say the glass will not stay clean, and we time the visit for after that work.

- We do not snag the build or argue the warranty

Price
Developers sometimes want a per-plot figure. A one-bed apartment is quicker than a four-bed detached. Repeat plots on one visit are cheaper per home than a single call-out. We quote the plot list.

DIY, and how long the result lasts
DIY or a crew
Wiping a new kitchen before you move in is normal. Cement on glass and dust from a live site next door defeat a weekend. Do not accept a scratched bath as “dirt”. We will point those out. We will not polish them out.
How long the result lasts
On a live development the clean lasts until the next dusty trade on the pavement. Book it close to the actual handover, not the week the kitchen was fitted.
Keep windows shut while they cut paving outside. A second short visit is cheaper than pretending the first one survives a disc cutter.
