How this visit is done
Debris clearance on a clean is the light waste a trade leaves in the rooms: offcuts, wrapping, screws in the pile, empty tubs. It is so the vacuum can reach the floor. It is not a demolition skip. Send the quote form or WhatsApp for a UK visit.
We sort what is light and safe, bag it, and clear the floor so the clean can happen. If the room is a rubble pile, we stop and tell you to book a skip first. Cleaning on top of rubble does not work.

- Packaging, offcuts and loose fixings swept and bagged
- Nails and screws picked off floors before they reach a vacuum
- Dust and debris small enough to leave with the crew
- A note if what is left is too heavy or is not ours to take

- No grab lorry, no skip, no soil or brick pallets
- No plasterboard loads
- No asbestos, paint tins with unknown contents, or fluorescent fittings
- We are cleaners. Hazardous waste needs a licensed carrier

Price
A few bags are included in a normal builders clean. A room you cannot walk across is priced as clearance plus the clean, or we will not take it. Skip hire is your cost, with a waste carrier, not a line we hide in a clean.

DIY, and how long the result lasts
DIY or a crew
If you can fill your own car with cardboard and timber offcuts, do that before we arrive. It keeps the clean price down. Do not put suspicious boards in the household bin.
How long the result lasts
Once the loose waste is gone it stays gone. The dust underneath is the clean, not the bags.
Book the skip before the clean if you can see soil, brick or board. We would rather arrive to a clear floor.

Dry empty tubs can go with packaging. Liquid paint and chemicals do not come with us.
No. If you think something is asbestos or a hazardous liquid, leave it and get the right contractor.
Best after the skip has taken the heavy waste, so we are not cleaning around it.
