How this visit is done
Hoarding, site entrance and the outside of a finished facade pick up dust, cement splash and poster gum. This is the outside face a neighbour or a buyer sees. It is not road sweeping for the council and not graffiti removal as a specialist trade. Send the quote form or WhatsApp for a UK visit.
Ground-level wash and wipe, after loose dust is brushed away. We do not pressure-wash fresh render or pointing that is still curing.

- Hoarding panels wiped where we can reach from the ground
- Entrance doors and the frame
- Cement splash on low-level cladding and render, if it has not etched
- Signage cleaned, not reprinted

- No work at height without proper access
- No traffic management on a live road
- No promise to lift etched cement from glass
- We do not repaint hoarding

What you are looking at, and what changes the quote
Signs it is this visit
- A white tide-mark along the bottom of the hoarding
- Render splatter on a new shopfront
- The site gate too grimy to read the sign
Price
Priced by the length of hoarding and whether there is cement on glazing. A single shopfront is a short visit. A long site fence is more, and only the faces we can reach safely.
After you decide
DIY, and how long the result lasts
DIY or a crew
A hose on a timber hoarding is fine for dust. Cement on glass is the part that goes wrong with a scraper in a hurry. Fresh render should not be jet-washed.
How long the result lasts
A live site will splash the hoarding again the next time someone mixes render. Clean it when the messy trades have finished, or budget a second visit before the photo.
Tell us if pointing or render went on in the last few days. We will not wash that.

Only with safe access, which has to be there already or hired. We do not ladder-hop a facade.
Low external glass can be included. A full external window contract is the window visit, priced by pane.
Surface splash often yes. A stain that has cured into the face may not.
